Eric and Caroline’s BioCapsule®
Éric and Caroline Mercier, organic market gardeners in Colmar, wanted to reduce their carbon footprint whilst boosting the energy self-sufficiency of their farm and their shop.
Thanks to the Bio Capsule®, they now recycle 400 tonnes of bio-waste per year, consisting of their unsold produce and spent grain from a brewery located just 4 km away.
